澳大利亚作为大洋洲的主要国家,对于外贸人来说可谓是一个炙手可热的外贸市场,但同时,制裁等行为在当地也非常常见,格兰德基于自身的数据能力和渠道资源,搜集整理澳大利亚制裁名单(企业)共2568家,此名单2020年,制裁13国家,409个企业。制裁企业数量较多的国家有:UA、IR、EG、KP、RU。

2023年澳大利亚制裁企业有哪些

澳大利亚为目前受到联合国安全理事会(UNSC)的多边制裁和2011年自主制裁法维持一份综合名单。综合名单包含所有被制裁的个人和实体,包括澳大利亚公民、外国国民以及澳大利亚和海外的居民。

澳大利亚外交和贸易部The Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade(DFAT)是澳大利亚管理和执行制裁制度的主要部门。澳大利亚负责制裁的部长是外交部长。起诉工作由独立的澳大利亚联邦检察长负责,根据1988年《检察长法》对严重的联邦刑事犯罪提出起诉。CDPP根据澳大利亚联邦的起诉政策开始并继续进行起诉。

新成立的澳大利亚制裁办公室 Australian Sanctions Office(ASO)是澳大利亚政府的制裁监管机构。它位于DFAT的国际安全、人道主义和领事组的法律司内。ASO维护综合名单并定期更新,以确保其与联合国安理会的制裁保持同步。

澳大利亚议会通过立法实施制裁,使联合国安理会的制裁和自主制裁生效。联合国法 the UN Act、《制裁法》和《制裁条例》赋予澳大利亚外交和贸易部部长管理经济制裁的具体权力。澳大利亚外交和贸易部部长可以就将被制裁的个人和实体做出决定,但须经整个联邦政府和内阁批准,并可以(通过ASO和AFP)启动调查,并为本来会被制裁的活动发放许可证。DFAT负责管理所有三个立法制度及其条例。ASO和DFAT管理这些制裁的行政和执行。
