澳大利亚作为大洋洲的主要国家，对于外贸人来说可谓是一个炙手可热的外贸市场，但同时，制裁等行为在当地也非常常见，格兰德基于自身的数据能力和渠道资源，搜集整理澳大利亚制裁名单（企业）共2568家，此名单2020年，制裁13国家，409个企业。制裁企业数量较多的国家有：UA、IR、EG、KP、RU。

2023年澳大利亚制裁企业有哪些

澳大利亚为目前受到联合国安全理事会（UNSC）的多边制裁和2011年自主制裁法维持一份综合名单。综合名单包含所有被制裁的个人和实体，包括澳大利亚公民、外国国民以及澳大利亚和海外的居民。

澳大利亚外交和贸易部The Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade（DFAT）是澳大利亚管理和执行制裁制度的主要部门。澳大利亚负责制裁的部长是外交部长。起诉工作由独立的澳大利亚联邦检察长负责，根据1988年《检察长法》对严重的联邦刑事犯罪提出起诉。CDPP根据澳大利亚联邦的起诉政策开始并继续进行起诉。

新成立的澳大利亚制裁办公室 Australian Sanctions Office（ASO）是澳大利亚政府的制裁监管机构。它位于DFAT的国际安全、人道主义和领事组的法律司内。ASO维护综合名单并定期更新，以确保其与联合国安理会的制裁保持同步。

澳大利亚议会通过立法实施制裁，使联合国安理会的制裁和自主制裁生效。联合国法 the UN Act、《制裁法》和《制裁条例》赋予澳大利亚外交和贸易部部长管理经济制裁的具体权力。澳大利亚外交和贸易部部长可以就将被制裁的个人和实体做出决定，但须经整个联邦政府和内阁批准，并可以（通过ASO和AFP）启动调查，并为本来会被制裁的活动发放许可证。DFAT负责管理所有三个立法制度及其条例。ASO和DFAT管理这些制裁的行政和执行。

内政部具体执行所有与旅行禁令有关的签证限制澳大利亚联邦行政部还维持一份所有受制裁实体和个人的综合名单 Consolidated List。
