外贸催款的英文话术怎么说

不要把催促的焦点聚焦在客户身上，可以告知对方我司财务在催，也可以催对方财务，这样达到优雅又不失风度的催款目的

~Sorry to urge you again as I am urged by a/c dept at the same time.

~Please kindly do a favor and ask your account dept if the balance of payment is settled ,many thanks.

和第六点同义，就是告知客户实际情况，虽然也有个不会直接催款这么硬邦邦。

~As the production schedule is very tight, please kindly settle the deposit as soon as possible so I can pass the order to our factory. Or I am afraid we cannot meet the schedule.

基于合适的付款模式下，催款加上告知对方收到钱就可以发文件啦~

这个是遇到过一次客户付了定金，但是不要货了，一直联系不到客户后给客户发的警示函和邮件内容，结局是把货卖了，后续有时间可以写个案例哈~

冷静的告知了，包含了金额，几天之内没回复，我会如何处理，后果是如何如何，然后顺便告知对我司的损失，而不是无力的催促和生气
